Shipping 

Standard shipping is always free on orders over $75, otherwise a flat rate of $7.99 (because sometimes you just need to have better control).

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

You order should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. 

We're currently shipping Australia wide only. We're working hard on bringing Nip+Fab everywhere around the world, so international friends, shout out to us @nipandfabau to let us know where you live! 

 

Refunds & Returns

We're sorry you didn't love your Nip+Fab. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products unless they have been deemed faulty.

We are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on www.nipandfab.com.au. 

We regret we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Products

Our returns are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty.

Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control). This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel.

Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our head office.  Items lost in transit will unfortunately not be treated as returned.

After sending your parcel back and you have not been contacted by one of our team members within 7 – 10 business days, please email customer services via our Contact Form in order for us to further investigate.
